Lake Wawasee Fireworks 2021

July 3rd @ 10:15 PM

From the center of Lake Wawasee

Beginning at 10:15 PM EDT on July 3rd, you will see the first shell rise into the sky, and we will rise together as neighbors.

Thanks to your support, we've grown our annual fireworks celebration by 33% over the last two years.  The year will be our largest show ever, and the first year we'll be the largest fireworks display in all of Indiana.  The timing couldn't be better because, in 2021, we celebrate life, liberty & our pursuit of happiness.

More firework shells mean a fuller show. Bigger-sized shells equal bigger booms. The chart above details the growth of our annual Independence Day celebration over the last three years. The chart does not include the thousands of shots from boxes, fountains, and reports that also make up the show.

We start planning the program in January, and one of the first items we do is create the soundtrack. Once the music is selected, designers spend hours choosing the perfect firework shell, cake, or fountain to synchronize with each note.

Remember, tune in to 103.5 FM via the radio; don’t stream using the internet as it won’t be in sync with the visual show

There are many excellent locations on the lake to watch the show, and many watch from their pier. The image below confirms the launch location and our recommend viewing positions from the water of Wawasee.
